Nikki has served on the MDTA exec board for 8 years in the role of Membership Director and now President. She is a proud veteran of the MIssouri Golden Girls and was a member of the National Champion team in 1992. She previously coached Varsity dance and cheer at Lee's Summit High School, Platte County High School, North Cobb County High School (GA) and Eleanor Roosevelt High School (CA).  Nikki shares 3 amazing children with her husband Brian and is a school librarian in the North Kansas City School district. She is excited to help MDTA continue to grow the sport of dance in Missouri.
