Karen has an extensive background in dance through studio, high school and collegiate dance teams.  She has coached for 37 years and created the St. Charles Classic, FZ North Invitational and currently the Parkway Central Invitational dance competitions.  Her teams have ranked not only in the state but Nationally through NDA.  She currently serves as the MDTA State Secretary and enjoys working with coaches and teams throughout Missouri.  Karen is a certified judge and enjoys sharing her experience and insight with teams.  Karen enjoys spending time with her family and Molly her 9 lb. silky terrier.  Choreographing is one of her favorite things and it has evolved throughout the years.  Karen taught Biology and PE for 35 years and is now enjoying retirement life.  Karen can be found these days subbing, coaching and working at Liliana's restaurant.
